Another bank hive. We removed a honey bee colony alive from the roof of a Chase Bank in east Fort Lauderdale, before the bees did too much damage, and took it to our apiary.
I am Nick with GotBeez. If bees move into your business, call us early. A small hive is a smaller repair.

Another bank hive. This one was in the roof of a Chase Bank in east Fort Lauderdale. It is the second Chase Bank location we have relocated a hive from. We came out, took the colony out of the roof alive, and got it out before the bees did too much damage to the building.
The bees and the comb came out together, and the colony went home to our apiary. We never kill bees, and that includes jobs at a business.
A bank, a store or an office has people walking past the doors all day. A colony living in the building means bees around customers and staff. The longer it stays, the more comb the bees build inside the roof or wall, and the bigger the repair once it comes out.
Spraying does not fix that. The comb and honey stay in the roof, melt in our heat and can leak into the ceiling below. The smell can pull the next swarm back to the same spot.

Spray leaves the comb and honey in the roof or wall. It melts, leaks and draws pests, and the next swarm can move into the same spot.
