Hi, I’m Nick a third-generation beekeeper with deep roots in Greece and an even deeper passion for bees.

My story begins in a small coastal village called Katarraktis, on the island of Chios in Greece. That’s where my grandfather farmed the land with nothing but his hands, his heart, and a donkey, his only form of transportation. He never owned a car, but he lived a rich life, grounded in simplicity and hard work.

My father was born there too, but he dreamed bigger. He made the journey to the United States in search of a better life, eventually building a successful business of his own. Yet, the pull of the land never left him. As I grew up, I watched him tend a lush vegetable garden in our backyard and care for honeybees, always sharing fresh produce and raw honey with our family. That love for the land and for the honey bees was passed down to me.

As a young adult, I found myself drawn to beekeeping, not just as a hobby, but as a calling. It’s in my blood, and it’s become my life’s work. That passion led to the creation of GotBeez , a thriving, full-time beekeeping business dedicated to raising honey bees for honey and pollination, and offering live bee removal services to help protect and preserve these incredible creatures.

Beekeeping isn’t just my job, it’s my heritage, my passion, and my way of giving back to the earth and community.
